  • Refund Request Period Refund requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of the purchase date. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Unused Credits Refunds are only granted if the purchased credits remain 100% unused. If any portion of the credits has been utilized, a refund will not be processed.

    Non-Refundable Items

    Processing Time

    If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the transaction to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
